I found this little toadstool late on a somber, dreary afternoon in my backyard. What little light I had was fading rapidly. Working on my stomach, I managed to get this exposure before the light disappeared and it started to drizzle. I went back the next morning and it was gone. A toadstool’s life is very short. |
